good point, i didn't catch that, looks like he is walking up to put a cap in the cop's back. but... i doubt the cop cought that either. It was likely a riot gun not a real gun and the cop was reacting to the shove. Tricky situation, my original feeling is you just don't walk up to someone with a gun period end of story, i have a hard time saying "he deserved it" though. Just as i would have a hard time saying a chick deserved to get raped because she passed out at a party with no undies and the words " i like to get fucked hard" on her t-shirt
