You guys here, of all people should be able to spot a PR stunt a mile away. She is just trying to get her name in the headlines since her career is going to shit. She has to know she can't win that case.
Etrade probably doesnt care since it did nothing wrong and is getting extra exposure.
I just can't believe she actually got an attorney to put their name to this shit. I would never take that attorney seriously after getting involved with a BS case like this.
