I didn't think of Lohan at all when I saw the commercial and that shit about her elevating the name Lindsey to be synonymous with her is garbage. Tabloids don't even call her Lindsey, they call her Lilo.
If they had called the baby Lilo it would be different, but they didn't. Lindsey is way to common. This just looks like some greedy lawyers cashing in on a cokehead's paranoia.
