As conservative as it is I think they are smart enough to realize to impose "community" standards on something that is GLOBAL is impossible. Not to mention that those laws applied to brick and mortar businesses that had a presence in the COMMUNITY whether the COMMUNITY wanted it or not. Thus they could argue about safety, housing value etc etc. Online porn comes into the HOME and ONLY if you ALLOW it. It doesn't affect the safety of the COMMUNITY nor will it decrease property values.
