Wait maybe two months (or so) and then CS5 will be out. And it allows you to create native iPhone applications without needing a Macintosh or the Apple iPhone dev kit.

Last I checked Adobe is being coy about the release date, but some loggers estimate mid/late May. Adobe themselves may have news, and they may have posted their upgrade policies by now. That is, they may allow a free upgrade to CS5 if you upgrade to CS4 now, but it's something you should check on first.
