I don't know why it is so rarely mentioned, however, I strongly recommend that you consider
Hotcams. They have excellent quality landing pages/promo tools (although no white label), great payout ($50 PPS or 25% Recurring Revshare, 5% Webmaster Referral), top notch customer service and affiliate support, and most importantly for me (as an affiliate) is that Hotcams converts very well (1 in 1014 free joins and 1 in 83 sales so far in 2010).
