Have you moved to using remote agents with VoIP? I know a few that have successfully done that and if management stays on top of things there are a lot of opportunities to cut costs.
I recall the biggest migration issue being scheduling but once they got into using good web based scheduling software where remote agents could do rule based self-scheduling and swap shifts, it became much smoother.
