Naked Hosting shared accounts have all the tools needed for tube scripts. As most have pointed out, dedicated server is the way to go.
However, that being said, if you are just testing the waters and starting out then our shared hosting will work perfectly for you. Most shared hosting plans do not come with ffmpeg and requirements for tube scripts, but ours do ;)
