Very valid points. And that is why I also say that it is smartest to buy from a provider who is subject to the same laws as you are. IE...If you live in the US, Do not buy from a content provider who does not.

Charly...On a personal level, I like you. On a professional level, you are only making matters worse by scaring people with half truths and stretched what if's.

The law is the law is the law and although you may understand it, you are not showing that you do.

Look at your silly assed example of the fire...Let's say that I shoot content for MY OWN paysites. Now what if my place burns down? Am I then in violation of Federal law? No, I am not. Not unless I started the fire myself to cover up the fact that my docs were not in order in the first place.

If you can not sell your content based on the quality of it and you need to resort to trashing other peoples ways of LEGALLY doing business then I feel very sorry for you. Your content is better than that. YOU are better than that.
