Send it to a regular sponsor using iBill, last time i checked they can still process Chinese credit card holders.
I also beleive that
http://www.dreamcash.com converts reasonably well on Chinese traffic although i dont send my own there.
There will shortly be a few other sponors (US Based) that will have Chinese sites for you to send that traffic to but until then i would actually recommend a traffic trade, Dream Cash or, a Dialer.
