Epass transfers were done with a %1-%5 profit.
It had been done that way for years. Sharking was trying to get them for %20 - %80 of value.
I think anyone that would try that would obviously be banned.
I never did anything like that. My point were all collected through honest board economics. I never charged anyone more than $1-$2 to do a transfer.
