Had it a few times since, but eventually they didn't get as bad, and In a way it was probably because I kinda knew it was happening.
Still, that first time though will probably never be forgotten. Feeling totally trapped and as though someone was in the room trying to kill me

I actually find that phenomenom (spelling?) quite fascinating.
I usually start seeing small shadow creatures flying around me in after 4-5 days of constant working, very exciting.
Makes me wonder what more is out there ;)
