It's the moment she realizes and finally acknowledges to herself that she's a big fucking deal and she cannot help but to drop the Gaga persona and be a happing and beaming Stefani G., just a regular ol' girl that achieved her dream of making it big.
That auditorium was packed with people but for a few moments, as far as she was concerned, there were just two people: her and Elton John.
It's actually pretty powerful and if you're an artist, the best "high" you'll ever get from your drug of choice.

I see that too and that's one of the reasons I like her. She's not manufactured by some record company like so many " artists " are. Her performance comes from within and is original. I've always had big aspirations and I like it when someone fulfills theirs. If the girl in the green dress playing the piano had dreamed of one day rockin' the world with her music and later finds herself onstage in front of her peers doing a duet with Elton John I have to giver her respect.
