my trademark is specific to online adult entertainment. it would not cover music so that would be ok. i liked the music too. I found about about a rock band called sleazydream too a few years ago (i actually think they named it after my site liking the name)
i've enforced the trademark many times over the years. if a site is infringing and has no traffic it's not worth my time to go after it though.. so why bother as no traffic means no effect on my business. I can go after it, but my time is better spent elsewhere. I do enforce it when their commerce effects my business
