A pretty good FPS war game with vehicles coming is Battlefield: Bad Company 2. Release date is March 2nd, but you can play the beta now if you pre-order, or find somewhere that is giving out beta keys for free.
It has more than just cars in multiplayer, it has tanks, bradleys, APCs, and Apache Helicopters.
