The Demon, you can't come out of this looking like the hero just because you said you'd originally do it by PayPal and can suddenly only do it by Epass. Stick to the original bet on the original terms ... you should have had the money in PayPal before making the bet.
Do you buy lotto tickets on credit, too?
Edit: There are also plenty of known exchangers on this board that will do Epass to PayPal for you no questions asked. The reason they don't do it the other way around is because there is risk for accepting PayPal for Epass but not Epass for PayPal.
