gotwebhost.com provides DirectAdmin. You can add domains on the fly with no need to contact us. Multiple and/or private nameservers are available, with no need for us to get involved once the initial setup is done.

I have no idea what you are talking about. We use DirectAdmin on all of our shared servers and the reseller or user does not have to do anything special once they add the domain with the panel.
If they have issues then I suspect it is with the way they have it set up at their end as there is no need for the host to become involved/
