Life evolved over millions of years - not one year not 100 years but millions and millions of years. Your question is redundant at this stage of evolution as we have no means of existing and thus carrying out scientific observation for such great lengths of time.

Not to mention the composition of the atmosphere was different, the water chemistry was different, the weather patterns were different - everything was different.

Your question is redundant, poorly thought out and not very thought provoking at all.
