They don't have very big bombs. Nothing like we have - they ahve atomic weapons.
Our test bombs are bigger than what they have. And in war, we use atomic weapons, right now.. bunker busters for caves are tipped with atomic war heads....
We have also done ground level tests... big ones. A couple major bombs in one area of the world, fall out will happen but it isn't like the movies make it sound.
