Unfortunately in this case it is impossible because of nuclear fallout. Let's say Iran launch a few nuclear/chemical warheads at Israel, what do you think Israel will do?
Probably strike back with full force and obliterate Iran, no one could blame them as most countries would do the same.
The problem is what happens after when the fallout of the Israeli attack start moving in the atmosphere. Think of Chernobyl multiplied by a few hundred times
