Bookkeeper, In House Position, West Hollywood, CA
Full-time position which requires great organization skills and ability to multi-task. Candidate must know Quickbooks from the ground up and be able to maintain updates on a regular basis.
RESPONSIBILITIES (not limited to)
? Entering payments (invoices/sales receipts) into Quickbooks
? Updating Quickbooks program on a continuous basis
? Data entry and general office duties (Generating reports, etc.)
SKILLS AND PROFICIENCIES:
? 2 years minimum bookkeeping experience
? Skilled in Quickbooks & Excel (Quickbooks Certified Preferred)
? Proficient in Microsoft applications
? Strong math and verbal skills (both written and oral communications)
? Exceptionally organized and able to multi-task under pressure
