I think this would hurt the majority of new webmasters (the way GFY makes money is hoping new webmasters sign up through sponsored banners) since many are looking for good domain names for a good deal, and people in the biz just looking to unload names for any price. A new reg. domain is like $7 bucks...so to add extra fees to post here makes not much sense.
The fee should maybe be added for someone looking to sell something for xx,xxx when it is only worth xxx, if anything this is the biggest joke on these boards.
