that's what i don't get.
these are job interviews, what's the ratio of hiring, 10%, for any job? so it's not uncommon in the slightest for most interviewees to get the gig, quite the norm in fact.
why laugh and such to make shit even harder, seems to me the op makes his living shooting guys fucking girls yet seems to take issue against those dudes he's trying to hire to contribute to his business.
