Yes, technically in the same fashion without people that work at McDonalds, McDonalds could never survive. However, since there are plenty of young and no experience people, students, immigrants, etc willing to work their asses off for nothing, it's not a problem. There's always people to fill those minimum wage jobs and there'll always be girls too lazy/stupid/young to understand that the trade of a few hundred dollars for a lifetime of being branded on the Internet is simply a bad trade.
