BV you asked if it works with WMS and the answer is no, however we are working directly with CCBill and WMS and I will be assigning a programmer the task to begin integration. I am not sure how when the project will be done though. With that being said most of our clients have told me they have no plans to move to WMS if they can avoid it and a few have been wms and left it. I have spoke will CCBill about WMS in great detail and hope to be in thier offices soon to continue that dialogue
