they are established and BIG. we even got recommended, i think shit hit the fan for this processor with all the new regs and our now scrambling. i literally think they are holding our cash because we are new and need to make up loss.

i dont care about 1% this is millions of dollars, i dont care about a higher fee if it involves working with a processor who understands.
they had 2 day deposits but that goes out the window when the decide to hold your cash.
