Tangible goods are safer purchases in consumers eyes so in theory yes they would typically spend more and more often. Consumers who are happy with their purchases and who have a quick, efficient and pleasant buying experience will certainly return for more products when you offer something they like. Sending buyers discount coupons via email is a great way to get people to come back.
