Basically they DON'T want you speaking with anyone. Ever.

All I ever need to do when I call is speak with someone. They should make the option to speak with customer service #1 instead of buried deep at the last part of the menu.

What I don't understand is how they keep telling you to visit their website, when you're calling on the phone! You'd think if I was calling on the phone, I'd probably have a pretty fucking good reason to be.
Tell me about it I have been on hold 9 mins trig to make this sale happen. I'm giving them another 6 mins and then I am outing them AND going to take the sale somewhere else!
