My big rant is how companies insist on putting the customer service option absolutely LAST on the phone selection. Imagine hearing something like this after you attempt to withdraw too much money and Paypal locks your account, and ALL you need to do is speak with customer service so they can unlock your account: "For speedy access to information regarding your account, please visit www.paypal.com. If you would like to hear our automated system to check your Paypal Balance, press 1. If you would like to hear your average daily balance, press 2. If you would like to waste more time listening to this voice, press 3. If you would like to be driven absolutely insane, press 4. If you want to kill us right now, press 5. If you would like to speak with customer service, press 6, and then 9, and then 10, and then 3450."

Basically they DON'T want you speaking with anyone. Ever.

All I ever need to do when I call is speak with someone. They should make the option to speak with customer service #1 instead of buried deep at the last part of the menu.

What I don't understand is how they keep telling you to visit their website, when you're calling on the phone! You'd think if I was calling on the phone, I'd probably have a pretty fucking good reason to be.
