And now I know why companies fail! Shitty Customer Service!
I have been dealing with a tangibles company that normally makes single sales, I brought them a customer that would like to purchase 10-15 units, which would take their normal $59 sale and turn it into a $600 sale and what do I get, canned responses!
I asked if an order this big would trigger a fraud/billing alert that might screw up the order, I get a canned response, yes it probably will, here are our contact support, billing, or shipping email addresses.
Wouldn't the correct answer have been yes, it probably will let me see what we can do to alleviate any issues ahead of time and make this sale happen?
If you don't want to provide good customer service and go out of your way a little bit to make a big sale happen why be in business!
