The office definitely helped me big time. A change of scenery did wonders for me.
As well as the fact that I knew I was paying for the office made me hungry to work more effectively and make my money back on that new expense. An office shouldn't cost you more than $1,000/month in rent so we are talking just one extra $35/sale a day and it pays for itself.
I am usually at the office at 7:30am, and I am there to work... after 10hrs max i leave & I dont work the rest of the day - that conditioned me to be at my best & eager to work the minute I walk into the office. No getting burned-out, sidetracked or wasting time on things that dont make me money.
