what's with this new trend? (biz related)

So I was noticing something that always happened in this board in small doses and now seems to become the norm: people trying to sell something or make business directly insulting the potential buyers or simply posing like "I'm too good for your money, don't bother me".

I've noticed it mainly coming from not so wealthy people that should be really grateful to make business, yet they behave that way. Gee, I was even looking to spend some quite decent money for a site and someone told me something like I was not worthy (and obviously didn't even care to contact me about his sale even though I let it pass the veiled insult)

Seriously guys, get a clue: unless you've the most absolutely great opportunity in life (and guess what: 99,9999999999999999% of you don't) a little humble pie would help you a lot to make some money. Personally, I'm a business first person and I've a really thick skin, but not everybody is that way. And even those with thick skins sometimes have a bad day and not willing to take shit from anyone.

Plus, in the end, when you pose like the big thing, everybody notices it and know you're probably lying about your business, or you'll be a very difficult person to deal with and you mean a lot of problems, so most people will run away

But well, what do I know, maybe being a poser feeds you better than money....
