I think your content would look a million times better if you'd get rid of those ridiculous sets that you keep using over and over and over and over and over again... and for the love of god please stop using that square template layout for all of your images.
Also, the screenshots are just plain bad. If you want to go that route, at least invest in a quality 1080p camera. At the very least you should take stills with a still camera, and do video separately.
It's driving me bloody insane. For all I know your content might rock, but that template is certifiably terrible!
