It's not just video even but we're going to see a day when essentially we get interaactive television. Imagine viideo on demand of all your favorite TV shows (they just get posted at their live run time) and being able to choose your own camera angle and to see extras and to maybe respond to a commercial right there or get more info on the product in the commercial... This is where things are going.

Well 50 years when most of GFY will be in there 70's to 90's I'm sure things will be different. Maybe something like you just have 1 glossy 8x10 sheet you carry around with you and any time you want to see a pic you just mind tune into the World Wide Picture Database and the sensors embedded in our brains will transmit the image to the reusable glossy sheet.
Also, 50 years out hopefully this great board will be archived somewhere where we can all look back and laugh together at all the crazy antics that go on here. Like hey Fletch remember when that guy AMP freaked that you were only a few hundred posts behind him and he went post crazy.
And hey remember when people used to pay $39.95 a month to look at bunch of pictures on those big bulky monitors.
