hmm

Say Bob owed Sue money, but Bob has his house burned down, no insurance, and all that survived was a rare piece of sculpture. Sold, the sculpture would bring enough money to cover Bob's debt to Sue. If Sue goes to court and wins a suit and then goes to a collection agency who deems the sculpture worthy of being sold such that Sue can collect the owed amount, is it a conspiracy just to have Bob sell the sculpture?
