Now you can start to see my earlier reply starting to show......Domains and Trademarks are complex issues that will result in legal advice etc ....and will start a route to success or possibly an expensive waste of time.....leading to failure.
Think it all through very careful.
Ps....Yes its still used for commerce if someone is getting $$$$$$ from it.
