Why don't you compare the urban population of the United States vs Canada.
Why don't you look at the statistics, less than 1% of
gun crimes are committed by registered gun owners. This may startle you, BUT CRIMINALS WHO COMMIT GUN CRIMES GET GUNS ILLEGALLY.
It has nothing to do with registered gun owners not knowing how to "handle" guns. Outlaw guns and guess who will still have guns, the criminals.
