A lot of Crue fans have kids and want to take them to shows, why should they be exposed to shit like that? I don't think sex is offensive, but doing it in a crowd in a public place isn't even legal... A rock concert isn't supposed to be a completely innocent experience, of course, but you have to draw the line somewhere right?
if it were an 18+ show with orgy on the ticket and they were handing out rubbers? then game on!!! ;)
