This is very true...
Another problem is that my websites are intended for mobile users, the actual website conversion process is initiated once the user enters their mobile number on the website, then they must enter a PIN code that they receive via text message. The issue in South Africa is many Afrikaans dont pay their mobile phone bills, which makes it very hard for me to successfully charge the users via text message subscription.
We have much better billing success rate with the english speaking South Africans generally.
