I also, feel if you are a peace (public trust) officer of any kind and get caught in a crime you should get double the punishment as a regular citizen instead of a slap on the wrist or firing them.
This rant got me going because I was reading the new California license requirement. At anytime a cop thinks your impaired they can order you to take a blood test and use force if necessary or you can't get a license. In short, this is how a State shits on your rights so they can extract DNA for the national database. Where's the fucking ACLU?

National? They've likely already patented your dna. If you're 36 and under your dna is stored in a WORLD database and they sell the structure. If you want a cure in the future you'll pay for your own dna, they asssume.... I'm ready for some dna extraction of my own.
