The persons who made those comments are going on established rumors about JW's. This is 2010. There are blood transfusion alternatives that have been proven to work much better than traditional procedures. Recovery time is faster and there is less potential for complications and infections. Even if she denied taking blood, there are better alternatives.
Sounds like some of those persons on that forum need to update their medical knowledge.

That's an urban myth. The most that would occur is the same as if a doctor prescribed an incorrect medicine or completed a procedure without permission of the patient or family member.
