Definitely coded by an amateur. Probably a theme injected with your content though, so it doesn't look too terrible... but the header and the preview/join graphics need work, and it needs a lot of help with the general layout. Everything above the episodes needs to be re-organized and then the episode area needs to be done better. All the spacing and white space is out of whack.
You'll hear a lot of people preach about an amateur site looking amateur, but your surfers still need to get the info. they are looking for without it being a hunting expedition. If a surfer sees this tour and doesn't instantly fall in love with your girl, they'll never scroll down and see what's up. Some people need convincing.
