Im having issues with my websites

im getting a few people, that are on different ISP's are locations saying they cant access the website, does anyone else have a page can not be displayed error from either of the 2 above links?
Im currently using webair and if this issue cant be resolved will be looking else where for hosting so spam me away with deals!
