Replace the air filters monthly. Clean out the air hose in 1:10 solution bleach & water, and rinse it until you cant smell the bleach anymore.
Breathe-Right strips are great, so is sudafed and half of an Ambien-CR.

I gave up on the CPAP after about 5 nights... I was waking up gasping for air, which kind of defeats its purpose! It consistently blocked up my nose. (And seemingly made a permanent change)

I've been looking after my daughter recently so the last 4 sleeps (before this one) I've had to get up at the same time she did... each time it was interrupted prematurely, so there's a measurable sleep deficit, and it goes back even further than that. So this time is the first time I can actually "sleep in"... but she still gets up at 5-fucking-30 am and wakes me up. Can't get back to sleep. Same old. SNAFU.
