That pic of David and Hillary Duff was from a couple years ago when David was trolling around New York City claiming to be paparazzi.
He posted the photo on assorted message boards saying he'd had a business dinner with her to discuss his "Fire Safety Movie" - the project he was holding auditions for to find a child female host.
During this same period David was also stalking child actress Julianna Rose Mauriello from the show "Lazy Town," frequently showing up outside her home and high school, and following her around the city. He also created numerous online accounts posing as Julianna, her family, and friends, obtaining private photographs and detailed personal information.
