Good pizza is the one take out sort of food they just don't do right in the UK.
I miss a good mom and pop pizza that is the sort that you can fold over. I like cheese that you know is just on the verge of being too hot. I even like the pizza tit bubble.
For toppings, I will normally go with a basic mushroom and peperoni but if it is really good pizza I can even have it just plain.
I don't know why they don't do it well here. I have had really good pizza on the continent and even in countries such as Belgium but not anywhere in the UK.
