That's it. Its like eggplant and aubergine or cilantro and coriander. My favorite pizza rarely comes from a chain except maybe Pizza Express in London. It has to be thin crust usually with emmantal cheese, basil drizzled with hot oil. And the crust can't fold like a wet vagina. It has to be firm. French make great pizza as well as the Italians.
