I make them regularly, someone bought us a bread / dough maker for a wedding gift years ago.
Thin crust, pizza tomato paste (bought, I cheat), gourmet italian chilli sausages, onion jam, roast red peppers, Spanish red onions, crumbed feta cheese. Topped out of the oven with rocket.
