He suggested to "buy out" Taliban troops. Which means he will pay them 10.000,00 ? if they leave Taliban. I expect them to take the money and keep being a Taliban. Taliban has enough money, you can´t buy them out.

Regarding German troops in Afghanistan they - the German politicians - should call it like it is: war. And thats why they should send more combat troops there. It´s ridicolous to refuse calling a war a war and let others fight.
