On Transparency he never said everything... he said more, and he is far more transparent than the previous administration. It sounds like you're expecting far too much.
Yep, every president ever, has broken some promises - it's part of the job, the heart wants more than it can deliver. Or what others will allow you to deliver.
Appeal to the masses? He did that with the health care bill and loud morons went nuts about it... so he changed direction. He got kicked in the balls and is changing direction, like he should.

I really don't care on the conduct medal... just the fact that someone ever changed it is stupid, and now that it is 3 years, changing it back or giving a shit about it, is equally as stupid.
